This trailer is perfect for a short weekend, or a month long trip. It is fully self contained, and can be used without hookups (except microwave and air conditioner). It has a queen bed up front, bunks in the back and a dinette that turns down into another bed, allowing for 5 to sleep comfortably. It could potentially sleep more, if the additional was a child.
You will find an air conditioner that easily and quickly cools, and a heater that is more than efficient for freezing nights.
There is a toilet, tub/shower, and kitchen sink, a refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner stove.
2 vents, and 4 windows allow for great airflow, to cool down or warm up if you're camping off grid. What's includedYour rental includes a full tank of propane, a sewer hose, a fresh water hose, water pressure regulator, a 30amp to 15amp power adapter, toilet chemicals and rv toilet paper. Other things to noteWe LOVE all pets, seriously, all of them. Please bring them along, but tell us about it first so we don't have to hold your entire security deposit at the end of your rental. There is an additional pet deposit.Absolutely NO smoking. NONE. Zero. If you smoke, do so away from doors and windows. If there is any hint of smoke (other than campfire (yes I can tell the difference!) inside the trailer, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. It is really hard to get that smell out of the trailer. If your campfire is close to the trailer, close the doors and windows.
Please keep drug use out of the trailer.

Rules and policies
Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the trailer. Ignoring this rule will forfeit your entire security deposit. If you smoke anywhere near the trailer, close all windows and doors tightly. We are very pet friendly but ask that you disclose your intent to bring s pet PRIOR to booking the rental. An additional amount will be added to your fully refundable security deposit for each pet. If you do not disclose your intent to bring a pet until AFTER booking, or it becomes apparent that a pet was brought along without our knowledge, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. The awning is NOT to be used. If it appears that the awning was used, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. You may rent a 10x10 easy up canopy from us as an alternative. Bring the trailer back in the condition it was when you left with it, and there will be no cleaning fee. If it appears that no cleaning was done, and waste tanks were not emptied, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. **HAVE FUN!**

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We allow pick up between 8:30am and 5pm. The trailer should be returned by 12pm on the last day of the rental. Pick up and drop off times outside of these hours can be arranged for a fee.

Yes! Don't worry, if your vehicle doesn't have one, we can rent one to you!

Can my vehicle tow this trailer?

Most of the time, I'm happy to look up this information for you, but sometimes I'm just a bit busy with other things. Check your manual! Year, make and model, as well as trim and extras will all play a role in determining your vehicle's towing capacity. We recommend a towing capacity over 4500lbs to tow this trailer.
