This perfect sized rv has it all for your camping needs. We are looking for long term renters but ok with weekend warriors too. This is the 272 limited model. Has a massive slide out that opens up into a huge living area. Jackknife soda and dinette conversions for extra sleeping. Storage galore and has newer flooring and carpet. Has fridge, stove and microwave for cooking and full size queen in the master. The bathroom has a small tub as well for littles and is separated from main living to the master. Trailer is unreal light weight at 5400 pounds and easily towable by rv and half ton. I will supply the hitch and sewer hose.$200 prep/cleaning fee for rental use. What's includedSewer hose
