GratitudeStar is a 2017 low mileage Holiday Rambler 30D Class C RV. Take a tour of this lovely RV here. https://youtu.be/4nyWUO6bIMg Easy to drive & park. We have it stocked for you so all you need are your clothes, food & you! The motorhome features a queen size master, a double size bunk over the cab & twin bunks. So for up to 6 people you don't have to take any beds down to move around. For additional guests you can drop the dining table and the sofa for up to 4 more people (4 kids or 2 adults). If tv is your thing, we have one large flat screen and dvd player over the cab that swivels to the living area, another tv and dvd in the master and a small one over the top bunk. Outside there is another tv and dvd player and sound system so you can watch the game or have movie night outside. The RV does have a satellite so you can get some channels once you park. The kitchen has a combo convection/ microwave oven so you can bake or microwave. We've replaced the propane stovetop with a portable induction cooktop for safety and speed. You can cook inside without heating up the RV in the summertime. It's also safe to the touch for the littles. We have set up a hidden coffee and tea station in the pantry so it's out of the way but always ready when you are. You can also use the tea kettle for instant soups and hot chocolate in less than a minute.
There are a lot of features to this rig that you will love. The furnace and water heater or dual energy so you can use propane or electric. The fridge in the kitchen is a residential one so it has plenty of room and the freezer has an icemaker. When you get where you are going, the rig features power jacks so set up and take down are a breeze with the touch of a button. The RV takes gasoline so finding a station is never difficult. We've tried to think of everything but if there is something you'd like just ask and we'll try to accommodate you.
What's includedWe've gone to great lengths to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. From the complementary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate to the breakfast goodies, snacks and popcorn. Forgot your toothbrush or shampoo? No problem. We've got you covered.
The rig is ready for you with 4 beds made with freshly washed linens. We've supplied shower and beach towels for you. If you need extras, they can be added on. We have 4 camping chairs, a table and a hammock on board. Additional chairs can be included as an add-on. We provide your dishes, glasses and silverware for 6. Pots and pans are also included to be used with the induction cooktop. We have provided an outdoor area rug and door mat to help keep the dirt at bay while going in and out of the rig. You'll also find books, cards, coloring books and a few movies for the rainy days or at night.
We have created a set of laminated cards for you as reminders for all the details of setting up and taking down should you need them.
Additional items for add ons include:
additional chairs
wifi hotspot
a bike rack for 4
Need something else? Just ask.
RecommendationsFor local, we had a quick get away at Stone Mountain park. We had a great spot overlooking the water with full hookups. Bring your bikes and ride through the park while there. There are many places to visit.
Local Places on our to go to list include:
Lake Hartwell, Lake Lanier and Highland Pines Resort and Marina at West Point Lake just west of Lagrange.
Mammoth caves in Kentucky
ST. Augustine especially during the holidays to see the lights. Check out this rv site in st Augustine: http://northbeachcamp.com/
Beverly Beach in Florida
Edisto Beach in South Carolina
We took the RV to the Annapolis boat show in October. We stayed at the Washington DC / Capitol KOA Holiday.https://koa.com/campgrounds/washington-dc/
We enjoyed our stay. We didn't have a car with us and it was a hike to UBER but I think it's the closest to the boat show location. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were very clean.
Other things to noteWe want your time in our motorhome to be special and fun so we've taken extra care to have it ready and clean for you. Please treat it like you would your own and if anything accidentally gets broken, let us know right away so we can advise you on the proper steps to mitigate the situation. Don't let an accident ruin your trip or future trips with us. The rig is smoke free and I can smell smoke from a state away so don't hide it. ;) Spills happen so we've got plenty of extra towels under the rig to help clean them up. We want you to enjoy your stay and rent with us again so if there is anything we can do to make your time with us better, just ask!
***As mentioned, our RV comes stocked so you don't have all the pesky add-on charges. Please respect and love it like it was yours. We’d love to have you enjoy your visit and rent again in the future.
We offer a $25 bonus for returning it in great condition with no damages and ***leaving us a review.

Rules and policies
No climbing on the roof rig. Doing so may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We do not allow connections to a residential hookup unless the house has had a 30 amp outlet professionally installed. Doing so can cause damage to the RV, its systems, and appliances and can result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Please, please no smoking in or around the RV. I am highly allergic to cigarette smell and doing so WILL automatically result in a forfeiture of your deposit. No matter how small, any damages must be reported immediately with pictures. Not doing so may result in forfeiture of deposits. Accidents happen just own it. Any damages with a cost under the deposit amount will be deducted from the deposit. ***Generator and mileage overages will be deducted from the deposit. If overages and costs plus damages exceed the deposit amount, the damages will be filed as a claim. We are happy to handle the refueling and emptying of the tanks for you and the costs will simply be deducted from the deposit. Please be sure to check your surroundings INSIDE AND OUTSIDE before extending and retracting your slides and awning. Inside, things can get in the way of the slide retracting and cause it to stall. Outside, tree branches can damage them and make them inoperable. Do not leave your awning extended unattended. Surprise winds can rip it and the damages are very expensive. Make sure to secure everything inside before leaving so things don't fall when moving. Please return the rig in the condition in which you received it. Strip all used linens from the beds and place them and all used towels in the shower. Empty all trash cans. Leave any used dishes, utensils, or glasses in the sink but please wash all pots and pans and put them away. We do supply a vacuum and broom for you to use during your rental. But there is no need to vacuum upon leaving. The only exception is if there is extreme dirt or sand on the floors. ***A clean RV return will earn you a $25 rebate. ***An R

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

With notice we can work with you on the pick up and drop off times although they must be during daylight hours. You will need to allow time for the key exchange, walk through and introduction of the rig as well as upon return. If the return is after 6 pm or daylight hours, a half day rental will be added and the return can be done the following morning.

HI there, We are a family of four who bought an RV during covid times to be able to get out more. We are enjoying our travels so far and love to find places close to the water or in the mountains. We love to hike and explore. Even for just quick weekend getaways, the RV makes it easy to just load and go.
