Review summary

Responsive, reliable, and helpful

James is communicative, answers questions promptly, and is helpful, going over details before delivery and showing how to use utilities. He also calls to check in and is punctual.

Spacious with comfort concerns

The RV is generally clean and spacious. However, one reviewer noted uncomfortable, worn-down beds and dinette cushions, plus broken window coverings, which made the interior dark.
