• Driving & Usage:
Only authorized drivers (aged 25+) with a valid driver’s license may operate the RV.
No off-road driving or using the RV on unpaved roads unless pre-approved.

Reservations & Cancellations:
A deposit is required at booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the rental date for a full refund.
Pet Policy:
Pets allowed. Please clean up all pet waste.
Smoking is prohibited inside the RV. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee.
The RV must be returned in the same condition it was received (cleaned and free of trash).
If the RV is not returned clean, a cleaning fee will be applied.
• Please empty the wastewater tanks (black and gray) before returning the RV. If not, a dumping fee will be charged. There are tabs for the black and grey tank. Place one tab in each with a few gallons of water. We are happy to clean out the tanks for you if you are unsure how to do this. ($15)
Towing & Appliances:
Please ensure your vehicle can tow the RV safely. The max weight of the RV is 4995 lbs. You can put 858 pounds in the RV. There is already about 150 pounds in there with the supplies we have provided. If you fill the fresh water tank full, that will add 500 lbs and limit the weight of things you can put in the RV. Do NOT overload the RV.
• Appliances must be used safely and in accordance with the RV's guidelines.
No Subletting:
The RV cannot be sublet or rented to others. Only the primary renter may use the RV.
