Review summary
Communicative, meticulous about returns
Chris promptly responds to inquiries and adheres to agreed delivery/pickup schedules. He strictly enforces cleaning policies, charging for significant messes and successfully retaining deposits when rules are violated through arbitration.
Spacious with well-appointed features
The trailer is spacious, new, and accurately advertised. It boasts an excellent, top-quality master bedroom mattress and a very well-stocked kitchen, including an outdoor kitchen. Single mattresses are reported as thin.

5.0The camper is lovely and new and very spacious . Master bedroom bed is especially top quality. Kitchen very well stocked. And Chris is extremely conscientious and responsive. We would certainly rent again.

1.0Caution to others thinking about renting this trailer from Chris. Upon his pick up of the unit, his inspection was fine and without issue with on site. When he gets it back to his property he immediately files a bogus claim about emergency cleaning and ozone remediation, saying, falsely that we had been smoking inside the trailer and that we had tracked dirt and debris into the unit over the course of the rental. This is a blatant attempt to keep the $1000 security deposit and is currently being arbitrated. Proceed with caution.

5.0This is the second time renting Chris’ Zinger and it was again a great experience! Chris responded immediately when we asked questions and delivered and picked up the trailer as exactly the times agreed to. The trailer is exactly as advertised, the master bed mattress is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen. This is a beautiful RV and we highly recommend it.
