Welcome to "Lance the Dodger Sprinter 2500"!
My wife and I gutted an older Dodge Sprinter ambuLance during the 2019-2020 pandemic and now it's an adventure mobile with all the bells and whistles! We have gone on many camping trips in the van during that time and have fine-tuned many of the quirks. It's a adVANture mobile we often open up to friends and family to stay, but in this case, we are opening it to you so you may enjoy it as well! Lance is perfect for everything from beach camping to desert camping to visiting National Parks!
Check-in time: Between 7am and 8 pm
Directions to the pick-up spot: Will be determined through messaging, but generally I meet at the WAYS gas station off of Leucadia blvd and Orpheus in Encinitas.
Information about Lance:
Be gentle and respectful of Lance:
No smoking inside the vehicle
No aggressive accelerating
Do NOT slam the doors
No climbing on the campervan
Watch your head in the van, the cabinet separating the cab from the living quarters is low.
Try to stay on regular roads (our well maintained dirt roads), Lance is NOT 4x4. Stay away from sand, mud, and big rocks.
There's a welcome information pamphlet about Lance in the van and a supply list.
Hope you enjoy your time with Lance!
