• No Smoking Inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee and potential loss of the security deposit. • Drive Safely and Avoid Overloading: Do not exceed the weight limits or drive at excessive speeds. Overloading or speeding increases the risk of tire blowouts, which can lead to a ruined trip and liability. • Pets: Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. • Waste Management: Ensure the black and gray water tanks are emptied before returning the RV. A $200 fee may be applied if the tanks are not properly emptied. • Cleanliness: Please return the RV in the same clean condition as when you received it. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the RV is returned excessively dirty. • Awning Use: Retract the awning during windy conditions or when not in use to prevent damage. Awning damage may not covered by insurance and will be the renter’s responsibility. • Electrical Appliances: Use electrical appliances responsibly. Do not run multiple high-wattage appliances simultaneously to avoid tripping the circuit. Battery Management: Do not allow the lithium-ion batteries to drain below 3%. If the batteries do deplete to this level, the entire electric system will shut down and will require a manual reset. To prevent this, monitor battery levels regularly and recharge as needed.
