Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the trailer. A cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.
2. No Festivals or Off-Road Use
The trailer may not be taken to festivals or used off-road. It must stay on paved or maintained campground roads.
3. Pets Allowed With Approval
Well-behaved pets may be allowed with prior approval. Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
4. Towing Requirements
If you plan to tow the trailer yourself, your vehicle must have the proper towing capacity and a working trailer brake controller.
5. Cleaning
Please return the trailer in the same condition it was received. Basic cleaning is expected (trash removed, dishes cleaned). Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee.
6. Tanks
If towing, black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless the dump service add-on was selected.
7. Occupancy Limit
Maximum occupancy is 5 people.
8. Awning Care
Please retract the awning during wind, rain, or when leaving the campsite to avoid damage.
9. Generator Hours
If using a generator, please follow campground quiet hours.
