A small but very roomy camper. The kitchen is one slide the dinette is the other slide. It opens up to a very open inviting area. It has a full bath with stand up very large shower. Even has enough room to enjoy the morning bathroom break. As sleeping arrangements go. There is a queen Murphy bed. The dinette folds down to sleep 2 smaller adults or 1 larger daughter, or 2 grandkids. We also include a queen intex inflatable mattress that fits at end of Murphy bed and next dinette. There is still enough room for midnight bathroom break. Everything works on camper as it should. The water system has a carbon filter. It filters the city water hook up or water tank. It includes a portable Blackstone griddle, one burner table top combo unit for outside cooking. What's included• Toilet paper. RecommendationsThere is several state campgrounds in the cloes to me. Genesee County has a campground Wolverine lake. 20-25 minutes from campers location. There is to many to list.Other things to noteNo smoking inside camper please. Please treat it like it yours so I can still rent at a lower cost. It comes with tire pressure motoring for camper. I grease the bearings every few trips depending on how far it was taking. If you notice anything even the smallest problem please reach out to me as soon as possible. I want your family to enjoy the camper like our family has.
