A cozy bunkhouse stocked with all the linens, kitchenware, and most importantly a brand new coffee maker. We have not installed a TV cause we are outside most of the time.The king bedroom is cozy with plenty of storage. Propane stove/oven, dual power fridge to keep your food cold even while you drive. Bathroom has an exterior door so you don't have to walk through the camper wet or sandy!It can comfortably sleep 5 adults or 2 adults & 3-6 kids. This is a dog friendly Rv. We do our best to never leave hair behind but beware if you have dog allergies. No cats or other animals.*No smoking please. $250 fee*Please do not turn the dinette into a bed. Its not sturdy enough to go back and forth.What's included4 camping chairs. King bed and 2 bunk beds come with linen. 2 sleeping bags under pull out couch. PLEASE DO NOT USE DINETTE AS A BED. 6 towel sets. Coffee maker, toaster and all kitchen ware included. Some toilet paper and paper towels may be left over from the previous renter please but plan to bring your own.Recommendations10 State parks and many other attractions within 3 hours!
