Very clean and spacious camper that sleeps 4 (fold out couch and fancy cot are the last two). Can deliver and pick up, too! Really big bathroom with glass shower. Big screen TV has a great antenna and easy to use. Comes with a 2200 watt generator. Not enough for the A/C but will power everything else. Also comes with a big solar panel that charges battery to full every day if parked in the sun. It has a 900 watt inverter, too, so you can watch TV without starting up the generator. Towing is a snap with the torsion hitch that I will show you how to use. Makes pulling it like there's nothing back there. Camper is also lifted, so there is a lot or room underneath. Stocked with all pans, plates, silverware and linens you could ever want. Even comes with a picnic table cover for outside. Storage cabinets (lots and lots) all come with individual bins inside for even more organization. Sturdy stairs and door brace for people who might have a difficult time getting into it. Slide out is very big...bigger than most...see pics for the very spacious living room. Full size fridge and freezer are great. Comes with two dining tables. This rig is ready to roll and can be delivered and even set up for an extra fee. Glamping is real! If you need to book any time other than May 26-Aug 4, it will have to be picked up the night before and dropped off in the evening, too. I work during the day. What's includedFresh linens, pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc., all come in the package. This rig is super clean and ready to go. All you need is your biking, fishing and hiking gear!RecommendationsRocky Mountain National Park is the best, as well as all of the other campgrounds in the area. We recommend Heaton Bay in Frisco, Horsetooth in Fort Collins, Carter Lake in Loveland, Chambers Lake at the top of the Poudre Canyon, and anywhere in the canyon itself. We are also close to Wyoming, too, so that puts Happy Jack (boon docking) and Curt Gowdy State Park in reach, (1 hour).Other things to noteNo off-road please or dirt roads longer than a mile or so, and take care of our camper...it's super nice. Also from October to March if it is going to be below 20 we can’t offer running water. It is insulated and winter rated but would hate to have the pipes burst.
