• Not to be driven over 70mph or off-road at all.
• Pets are not allowed. (Pre-approved exceptions only with additional pet deposit)
• Please care for our baby the way you would care for your own.
• Do make memories, make yourself at home, and share photos in reviews! We love to see your adventures too!
• Do not smoke inside or around the RV at all. You will be charged the full deposit if smoked in.
• Return Arvie with an empty black/grey tank. & a full tank of gas. (Details how to do so in the folder you get with the rental) $500 deposit charged for those who choose not to follow the rules.
• You are to clean the RV to the standard that it is given to you. The Cleaning fee is for sanitization and outside cleaning only; if additional cleaning is required, you will not get your deposit back.
• Most of all, have fun, make memories. We appreciate all of your reviews, and if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable or convenient, please let us know!
