Review summary
Responsive, kind, and professional host
Rob is consistently helpful, kind, and professional, known for prompt communication and attentiveness. He helps diagnose issues and attempts to resolve problems, though one renter felt a refund was inadequate for a significant pre-rental issue regarding undrained tanks.
Easy to pull and comfortable
The Jayco Jay flight 174BH is generally clean, well-furnished, and in excellent condition with a comfy queen bed and reliable battery power. It is also noted as easy to pull/haul, though one rental suffered from full waste tanks and sewer odors.
