I am a nice person, very business like yes new to this but been in tranportation business all my life i love kids, want then to be safe that is why i am put my RV on the market for the kids to be safe.Last but not least ,I pride in cleanliness in everything I did. My RV has to be 100% clean ,before I handed it over to the renters.

Welcome to Davis RV. We have to follow the rules that Outdoorsy has set, so we can work together.
No Smoking inside the RV or $350.00 to charge .will be charged. $300 to clean behind your pet.
Pick up hours 3:00 pm and drop hours off hour 3:00 pm. There will be a $150.00 late fee.
You take it out full with gas, full of water, clean black and gray tank, bring it back the same way, and return RV Clean.
The Cleaning fee will be $300 if RV is not cleaned.
The gas will be charge and $50.00 for my time.
The black and gray tanks $150.00 if not cleaned out.
*If you go thru the tollway, it will be your responsibility.
*Please have a nice and safe trip.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in Joy's RV! As a first-time RV driver, I found this easy to drive, and there was plenty of space for our kids to hang out and rest in the RV in the quiet times. The kitchen, stove, microwave, and fridge were perfect to prepare a few family meals. There was plenty of storage to ensure that our belongings weren't rolling around the RV as we were in motion. The owners provided an in-depth tutorial during the check-in process to ensure that I was equipped to drive and hookup/setup the RV upon arrival. We will definitely consider renting again if the opportunity presents itself!
