Fully functioning bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Shower head outside to rinse off after a beach trip etc. A/C and heater work great! What's includedSome kitchenware (cups, bowls, pots/pans and silverware) included. RecommendationsLake Lanier is Georgia is an amazing place to camp by the lake! Boats, water crafts etc to rent on the lake and Margaritaville water park is a close walking distance as well.
