Great trailer for the Tahoe area! Well insulated for year-round use. It's extremely practical for short or long-term vacations with 2 slideouts giving tons of space. 2 zone stereo system to enjoy listening to music or watching TV. The inside TV is a 4k Samsung Frame for rainy days or movie nights. It also rotates around to be viewed from the bedroom or the living area. The pullout loveseat is great for additional guests. Rear bunks for up to 3 children or smaller adults. The rear bunk room can also fit a queen-sized blowup mattress. Outside, use the electric awning so you can enjoy the outdoor party zone, complete with a fridge, sink, grill, and TV) in the shade. The outdoor propane BBQ grill connects via a quick connect/disconnect for easy setup and breakdown to meet your grilling needs. What's included2x camping chairs, cooking and eating utensils, linensRecommendationsFits well in all the local Tahoe campgrounds though pull-through spaces are preferred they're not required. For maximum use, it's highly recommended you secure a site with full hookups. While the trailer has ample fresh, grey, and blackwater tanks, without water and sewer hookups you'll need to ration the use of the bathroom, shower, and sinks to ensure you don't overfill the black or grey tanks. For an extra fee, full tanks can be drained during your trip by contacting me.

Fees
- Security deposit: £750.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: £56.25. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. $50 of this fee is refundable if the trailer is clean, trash is removed, and dishes are washed.
