Review summary
Responsive with setup and instructions
Eric is praised for excellent communication, quick responses, and helpfulness. He frequently delivers and sets up the RV at the campsite, providing walkthroughs and instructions.
Inconsistent cleanliness and amenities
While some found it comfortable, multiple recent guests reported significant issues with cleanliness (dirty surfaces, odors, ants, owners' items left) and a lack of essential amenities like mattresses and sufficient bedding, contradicting positive general feedback.
