What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are incredibly flexible on pick up and drop off, and work with all of our guest to schedule pick up and drop off of the camper that is most convenient for everyone.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
It is a small short single axel trailer and can get wiggly backing into a site. Take your time and make small corrections instead of big sweeping or sudden changes. Make sure you schedule time for set up and break down into your trip itinerary, it can take about an hour to get everything out and set up for use.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The AC and standard household plugs ONLY works when the camper is plugged into 30 AMP service. Lights, exhaust fan, fridge and usb outlets work on battery power. Which can be monitored on the pannel inside the kitchen slide. This camper only contains a fresh water tank. It can be filled and a pump used for water or connected with a hose to a standard water hook up in a campground. The switch for the water pump is by the control pannel. There are no gray or black tanks to worry about.
