2.0WORST RENTAL TO DATE! In the past four years we have rented a total of six trailers from private parties, the recent one from Conrad. We paid for drop off and set up @ Refugio State Beach, Conrad did a rush job of a walk through with a poor attitude. The trailer did not present as the pictorial perceived, the exterior was rough, the interior was dusty, oven interior dusty, cabinet interiors dusty, while placing our own bedding found the bed mattress with 8x10 dark brown stain, AC intake clogged with dark dust. The worst was Conrad asking to pick up the trailer @9am instead of the contract agreement of 11am, to his defense he did refund $100 for the early pickup, but arrived with a terrible attitude. Save yourself grieve, and pass on this rental. We DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

5.0We had an amazing trip! We are so thankful for Conrad and his communications. The trailer was perfect and better than expected with so many extra amenities. Conrad had everything set up for to make for a wonderful and relaxing time. We will defiantly be renting from Conrad in the future.

5.0Perfect for our getaway weekend. Host was very communicative and was great delivering and setting up the RV. Was pretty well stocked with dishes, camp chairs, and Blackstone griddle and grill too.

No, I'm not. A concessionaire has a state-sanctioned monopoly on doing business in a state park. Certain state parks consider dropping off an RV at a campsite doing business in a state park, but do not consider bringing a rental RV, on your own, into a state park 'doing business.' Certain state parks care about this a lot, others don't care at all. Do I consider these government-sanctioned monopolies silly, bureaucratic, corrupt, and un-American...absolutely.
