This camper is best suited for a duo as there is only 1 RV Queen mattress. The sheets and comforter are included for the RV Queen. However, a single family with smaller children could fit comfortably as well the dinette table can be folded down into a small sleeping area and/or the couch can be pulled out into a small bed. The sheets and comforter for these are not included but can be added for an additional fee of $20/set. As accidents can happen with littles a waterproof cover will be provided and will need to be placed down under sheets ; )
