Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable while exploring fantastic campsites in and around the Greenville, SC area. RV has all the amenities of home. This is a large camper with plenty of room to move about and tons of storage for your belongings. Sleeping arrangements for up to 4 adults and two children include a very comfortable Queen-size memory foam bed, a fold-down futon-style sofa, and a dinette table that converts into a sleeping area for children. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishware, pots and pans, utensils, children's dinnerware, coffee maker and filters, toaster, essential spices, a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Relax outside with our two camp chairs, a small Weber grill with BBQ utensils, a 12' awning to cover you from the sun, a cooler to keep your drinks on ice, while listening to the music from the stereo system that plays both indoors and outside! We supply bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets, bath towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies. We strive to fully stock and provide all the little comforts of home to make your stay enjoyable. Lastly, we keep our camper clean! We follow the strict guidelines for cleanliness by washing everything in between guests, sanitizing everything, airing out, and buying new supplies for each guest as needed. If there are any special accommodations you need please let us know in advance and, if we can, we will try to have them available for you.What's includedThis camper has a very spacious living room floorplan provided by the large slide-out. Flat-screen TV in the living room and a sound bar for amazing sound! Soft and cozy string lights are draped across the slide-out for a warm ambiance feel! Dual recliners and a futon-style sofa. We provide extra pillows and blankets for guests. The kitchen is equipped with a 1000W microwave, 3 burner propane stove, propane/electric conversion refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and some spices for cooking. A breakfast nook with bench seats converts into a small bed for the kids! The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, vent fan, and a skylight. We provide soap, shampoo, and towels. Finally, after a long day, you will love the quality memory foam queen bed, so very comfortable! The walk-around bed has closet space on each side for your clothes. The Smart TV allows you to link into your favorite apps so you can lie back and watch your favorite shows!
Outside the camper is a 20’ awning with LED lights to enjoy the nightlife! The radio/CD player plays inside the camper as well as outside for entertaining. We supply grilling and camping accessories, 2 fold-up camp chairs, and a cooler for your convenience. RecommendationsThis camper is available for full 30A hookups. Primitive/boondocking camping is allowed and 4000W generator is available to rent. Fresh water tank is 45gal, gray/black tanks 26gal. Whenever possible it's ideal to use the campground restrooms to eliminate filling up the wastewater tanks if there are no sewer hookups available at campsite. We have a 28 gallon, portable wastewater tank available to rent if needed.Other things to noteWe only ask that you leave the camper as you found it. We love dogs and cats, but please, no pets in the camper. And no smoking in the camper.
