Owner Responsiveness/Communication

Renters consistently praise the owners, Charles and Tammy, for their exceptional communication, professionalism, and flexibility. Reviews describe them as 'great to deal with,' 'very communicative with all needs,' and 'consummate professionals.' Renters highlighted their 'on time delivery' and flexibility with 'return time,' with many expressing that they would 'definitely rent again.' The owners' willingness to 'meet us to go over everything' contributed to smooth trips, making interaction a significant positive factor.

Vehicle Condition/Quality

The van is frequently lauded for its 'awesome,' 'great,' 'beautiful & immaculate,' 'brand new and mint condition' status, highlighting its excellent state. Renters found it a 'wonderful ride' that was 'well-maintained' and 'easy to handle,' even for long trips. Features like adequate space for groups and onboard entertainment (e.g., streaming capabilities) were highly valued. One critical review, however, underscored the importance of accurate vehicle description, noting the vehicle was 'not a RV that sleeps 10, as it was advertised,' impacting the renter's intended use.
