Vehicle MUST have a trailer break controller in order to pull our trailer. No exceptions! Also delivery is available for a fee. Dry weight is approximately 5600 lbs. Other things to noteNo smoking in trailer this includes marijuana. No candles or incense burning. Linens are provided only for Master Queen bed. Please wipe counters, sweep and Swiffer before returning. Also please take all trash and cans/bottles upon return.Festivals and Tailgating are acceptable.
