Payload Capacity 2,815 lbs.
Hitch Weight 686 lbs.Fresh Water Tank 40 gal
Grey Water Tank 38 gal
Black Water Tank 28 galWhat's includedOne set of sheets, pillows and blanket for the main queen bed provided. Double-wide Big Agnes sleeping bag and pillows provided for the second queen (dining room converted).Essential camping cookware and utensils, kettle and French press provided.Leveling blocks, wheel chocks, level, clean water and sewer hoses, extended 30amp power cords included. RecommendationsIf you're renting from me up here in eagle county I probably don't need to tell you where you should go. You're in the heart of the Colorado Rockies and a stones throw from Moab, Arches, and a dozen places on or near the Colorado river and all the established and boondocking opportunities you can dream of!Other things to noteZero smoking allowed in the rig. I'd prefer no cats or dogs that shed as my pup is hypoallergenic and my allergies are real... but if your cleaning skills are high, go for it. There's going to be additional cleaning fees for that kind of stuff anyway.Load up on the Roamly renter's insurance through Outdoorsy, because if my rig comes back different than when she left, its going to be on you to make it right! If you're mature, clean and responsible, you can let me know the festival you hope to attend with my rig and I'll decide on a case by case basis if I'll allow it.

5Greg was super responsive to q’s re set up and operations. We were camping without hookups thus heavily relied on solar to top-off batteries, which worked great, cut down on generator run time (but the generator is super quite). Looking forward to the next adventure.

5We had a great experience renting the RV from Greg. He was responsive, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The RV was comfortable and came as described. We will definitely keep Greg in mind next year when we head back to Colorado to visit our grandson and go on our annual camping trip.

5Nice, comfortable camper with all the amenities of home! Easy to set up and use, the satellite was a bonus! Greg was very helpful with all our questions and took the long trek to pick up the camper at the end if our trip!

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I work from home mostly so a pickup at my home is the best way for you to get the RV. Between bookings and my personal use, there will be little flexibility, however we can communicate and play extensions by ear. If I can break away to deliver the RV to you without conflicting with my work schedule, I am happy to go up to 50 miles.
