We had a fantastic experience with this Sprinter van. It was exactly as described, spotless, comfortable, and drove beautifully the entire trip. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and pickup and drop-off were simple and stress-free. The van had plenty of room for our family, our gear, and made the long drive to AL for our weekend incredibly comfortable. Amazing experience! Would definitely rent it again. Jimmy and his sons are kind, professional and responsive. The RV was immaculate. A bit of challenge with the wifi connection and power, but we figured out the issue at the end. Would suggest planning for a shore power bump during your trip just to make sure you stay powered the entire time, and be sure to turn off master power overnight! Still, we would definitely recommend! Five out of five stars!
