Rules and policies

Unit is to be returned clean on the inside. Propane is to be re-filled or pay $30 per empty tank out of deposit. Grey and black tanks should be dumped if you are staying at an rv park but not required. No cats or dogs, please ask if you have a special situation. No smoking inside unit. I will provide towing hitch for your vehicle unless you already have a weight distribution hitch used with rv towing. Tow vehicle must be 3/4 ton or bigger with 7 pin plug as tongue weight is over 1000lbs. Please ask questions if you have any other concerns.
