Our Forest River FR3 is a compact and easy-to-drive RV that offers all the comforts for road trips or camping adventures. Its smart layout provides a roomy feel despite its compact size. The living area is open and comfortable, with two slide-outs that create ample space. There’s a large dinette and a sofa for lounging, and both can be converted into extra beds when needed. Over the cab, there’s a drop-down bunk, perfect for kids or guests. An entertainment center with a flat-screen TV and speakers keeps everyone entertained on those chilly nights inside.The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for meal preparation, including a three-burner stove, oven, microwave, and a decent-sized refrigerator. The counters are spacious enough for cooking, and there’s ample storage for pots, pans, and snacks. The private bedroom at the back feels cozy with its king-size bed, overhead cabinets, and side wardrobes. Large windows let in natural light, creating an open and airy vibe. Additionally, the RV is equipped with automatic leveling jacks, which improve comfort and functionality inside.Pick up time: 11am pst

We are a family of four that loves to travel. We love camping, hiking and exploring the great outdoor. Our favorite destination would be going to Lake Havasu, Mt Charleston and Sand Hollow State Park. We also love going to the beach. We are big basketball and football fans, love to watch the game and play the sports as well. We love our home on the wheel and I hope you will too.

No smoking is permitted in this motorhome. Off-road driving and accessing the roof (for maintenance purposes only) are strictly prohibited. Towing vehicles and international travel are also not allowed. The awning is prone to breaking, so we kindly request that you refrain from using it to avoid disrupting other guests’ trips. Upon your departure, please return the motorhome in the same condition as it was received. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged through the security deposit if the motorhome is excessively dirty, black, or grey tanks are not emptied. Additionally, a $100 charge will be applied if the tanks are not emptied.
