2018 sand sport. Sleeps 6. 2 large beds with third possible from convertible couches. Full kitchen, pots/pans and utensils. Push button generator with 20 gallon fuel tank. 100 gallon fresh water, 40 gallon gray water, 40 gallon black water tanks. Trailer is in excellent condition (like new). Large cargo area for ATV, UTV or other toys. 6500 lbs unloaded. Half ton towable.What's includedFresh linens, plastic ware, paper plates/bowls, paper towels, toilet paper, lanterns, electric and propane coffee makers, towels, extra folding plastic table, numerous dvds (mostly child oriented), RecommendationsNearby Mount Charleston is beautiful. I can deliver to any campground there (Kyle or Lee Canyon.) Southern Utah is 2 to 3 hours away, which contains Zion and Bryce Canyon.Other things to noteTrailer is expected to be returned cleaned and unpacked. I don't charge a cleaning fee, so I would like it returned in the same condition it was taken out. Any propane bottles need to be either filled or exchanged. The fuel tank will be full and also needs to be returned full. Any propane bottles returned not full will be a $25 charge. $5/gallon of gas will be charged for refueling the generator tank. Please do not take trailer longer than 5 miles on a dirt road, unless approved by owner. Long washboard roads are very rough on trailers. Thank you!
