Will deliver and pick it up within 1 hour of Houston! 2 private bdrms w closing doors. Sleeps 8. Plenty of storage. Has 6 solar panels to cut down on the elect bill.(you still need grid power or a 1500 watt 30 amp generator) Has electric stabilizers, a double kitchen sink w/sprayer and an upgraded unlimited hot water heater (priceless) and a small bathtub. Security lights for when you need to empty the tanks at night, surround sound speakers, Bose AM/FM radio with CD player, 2 flat-screen smart TV's, a phone jack, cable/satellite tv inlet (Direct TV satellite provided upon request for an additional cost, must provide your own working Direct TV receiver) Windows that open outwards so you can leave them open during the rain, electric awning. When the RV's fan or A/C is on you can't hear any outside noises! The dining room slides out. (upon request for an additional cost)-It even offers extra sewage and water holding tanks for you boon-dockers! 2nd bedroom offers 3 bunks, a futon/bed with storage underneath and a closet! The master bedroom offers two closets, shelving behind the entertainment center and you can walk around the foot of the bed! It even comes complete with a dust-buster vacuum. Just let me know the location you'd like for me to deliver it to, and I'll help you set it up and pick it back up from you too! (For a delivery charge) Or if you have the right truck and hitch, you can pick it up yourself! It's a very nice travel trailer and has mega upgrades and I know you'll love it as much as I do! If you need one, there is a 2 bike - bike rack on the back Pet friendly, but NO cats, unless they are declawed, please!!! Other things to notePlease don't boil anything inside the RV as it peels the wallpaper. Please don't flush toilet paper, instead throw it away. Otherwise, it clogs my septic system. Don't use any harsh cleaning products inside the RV, dawn soap only. If the septic starts to smell, rid the smell by filling the toilet with water either by stepping on the handle or using the shower hose and then adding dawn dish soap. Release the water 30 min to one hour later. Please make sure all the black/gray and potable water tanks are empty before bringing her home.
