Rules and policies
• Welcome to Howard Hauler! We deliver, level, and set everything up you never touch a hitch. A few things to know: 1. Delivery only — the camper stays where we set it. Please don't move it, adjust the leveling jacks, or unhook anything underneath. 2. RV toilet paper only (we provide it). Nothing else goes in the toilet — no wipes, even "flushable" ones. 3. No smoking or vaping inside. Outside is fine — please pack out the butts. 4. Pets welcome with the pet fee — crated when unattended, off the beds please. 5. Awning in the wind: if it gets gusty or you leave for the day, retract it (switch is on the power panel inside the door). When in doubt, roll it in. 6. Generator off during campground quiet hours. The camper stays comfortable overnight on battery and propane. 7. At checkout: bag your trash, pile linens and towels in the tub, and put things back roughly where you found them. We handle everything else. 8. Anything at all comes up — call or text [phone number removed]'d rather fix something in five minutes than have it slow down your trip. A full guest guide is waiting in the camper — including how the outdoor kitchen and griddle work, and a s'mores kit on us. Enjoy!

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

There’s no pickup or drop-off on your end we handle it all. We deliver the camper to your campsite, level it, and set everything up before you arrive, so you just show up to a ready camp. When your trip ends, head home whenever you like; we come tear it down and haul it away. You never tow it or touch a hitch. For delivery timing we coordinate with you and your campground so it’s set up and waiting when you get there.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

It’s built to be easy and we leave a full printed guest guide inside covering how everything works. A few highlights: the fridge, stove, water heater, and furnace all run on propane, so they work anywhere. Lights, water pump, and USB run on the battery. The A/C runs on shore power (or the generator add-on at sites without electric). One important one: please use only the RV toilet paper we provide. And you’re never on your own we’re local and a quick call or text away!

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

We take care of all of it, so there’s nothing for you to hook up. We connect shore power at your site’s pedestal, fill the fresh water tank, and make sure propane is on and everything’s running before we leave. The waste tanks are emptied before delivery and hold well over a weekend of normal use you never need to dump anything, we handle that at pickup. If your site has full hookups, even better; if it’s a no-hookup site, our generator add-on powers everything including the A/C.

Q.

Where do you deliver and how much?

A.

We deliver throughout central PA — Lock Haven, State College, Williamsport, Raystown Lake, and surrounding areas. Delivery is $3/mile with a $100 minimum, and includes full setup and teardown. Not sure if you’re in range? Just message us with your campground and we’ll confirm.

Meet your host, Melissa

Member since 2026

Hi! We're Melissa and Nate a family of six based in central Pennsylvania. Between our girl and three boys, our camper has become the backdrop for a lot of family memories: state park weekends, football Saturdays, and everywhere in between. We love the outdoors hiking, camping, sitting by the fire watching the kids run around and we know how much a good camping trip can mean to a family. We take incredible care of our 2024 Eddie Bauer bunkhouse and we're excited to share it with other families who want the same experiences without the hassle of owning and towing. That's why we deliver, set up, and pick up so you get to focus on the fun while we handle the logistics. We're just a phone call away throughout your trip and happy to help however we can. Whether you're headed to Beaver Stadium for a Penn State game, a family reunion at Bald Eagle, or your favorite hunt camp, we've got you covered. Can't wait to meet you. — Melissa & Nate
