Mike went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—he thoroughly prepared the RV, even replacing the batteries to guarantee everything worked flawlessly. He patiently explained every aspect of the RV’s operation, making sure we were comfortable before we set off. Mike made both pick-up and drop-off incredibly convenient.
Vehicle Condition & Maintenance
This RV was a huge disappointment. There was no preparation for this RV whatsoever. The heater wasn't working, the refrigerator handle was broken, storage was filled with owner's things, fuel was empty, no water, propane not full, microwave didn't work, and a flickering light was annoying for 4 days.
