This camper is an excellent choice for small travel companies, single parents or solo travelers. It is only 16 ft long and tows easily if you do not have much experience. Remodeled with contemporary cabinetry, butcher block countertop, induction cooktop, roof top AC and comfortable sofa for a guest or a child. It has a tankless water heater, a portable electric heater, propane heater and a composting toilet for your convenience.What's includedPropane for a water heater, basic dishes and utensils, camping chairs, grilling accessories, folding trash bin/trash bags, pop-up mosquito screen house, folding side table, electric space heater, camping rug, outdoor lights, and bedding.Other things to noteDry weight of the trailer is 2250 lb, loading capacity is 250 lb. Gray tank capacity is 15 gallons, Fresh water tank is 10 gallons (you should only fill the fresh water tank at the campground, do not travel with the full tanks), black tank is 5 gallons capacity. Ideal for campgrounds and stays with full or partial hook up. Not for off-road camping.
