We will schedule a time for you to pick up your rental RV. The first time you rent from us, you will need to complete necessary rental paperwork and have a Familiarization and Orientation on the RV you are renting so that you know how to use the included features and will be able to get the most enjoyment on your vacation. With that in mind, you should plan to spend about 90 minutes with us on the day of departure. If you have rented an RV from us before, and don't need another orientation, the process will take about half an hour.
