I had a wonderfull time on Kauai, also because of Andrew's van: an old ford, painted like the mystery machine of Scoubi-doo. The americans recognised it immediately, smiled, waved or took pictures. The van was clean and well equipped with everything you need for camping - okay, everything seems to be as old as the van itself - but everything works and the van has its own charme! Andrew ist a very friendly, helpfully and interesting man...take the chance to talk with him a bit. I really recommend the van.

Premium service. Reliable and economic van. Very very happy with what we got. Well thought camper with plenty of room to sleep and store surfing equipment. Highly recommend anybody using this van, #vanlife #happydays

Andrew was really friendly and gave us good advice on the island, his Van is top functional, everyone will say hello to you, very good icebreaker with locals and tourists.

Andrew is the best host here I assure you, he share the aloha spirit! The van is equipped with all the equipment needed for camping is also the cheapest option to enjoy Kauai. We had lots of fun around the island, we felt safe at night and slept comfortably. Thank you Andrew for being a great host.

Andrew is amazing and so is the van. He really cares to make sure that you have a good time on the island and is available at any point for anything from travel tips to hike recs. He picked us up from the airport and brought us right back at the end of the trip.

Andrew was an amazing host. Our trip around Kauai in the Scooby-Doo van was epic. Really enjoyed our days and nights. We had everything we needed and more. Andrew was super friendly with lots of Knowledge. If we needed anything he was always available. Beautiful trip!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed Andrew's van! Andrew was great to deal with, we would rent his van again without a doubt! The bed cushion is pretty thin, we would have taken our sleeping pads had we known. That's the only thing we would have changed!

We had such a great time with this Van to explore Kauai. Wake up with the sound of the ocean and this view is better than the best hotel. And the people love the mystery machine as much as we do, you listen people calling „scobidoo“ all time☺️

Andrew was very communicative and helpful, making every very easy. The Mystery Machine was a great RV to explore Kauai, easy to drive around and very well equipped for our camping needs. Also made us feel almost like celebrities, since everyone appreciated the awesome paint job!

Thanks to Andrew and his Mystery Adventure, I lived my best #vanlife fantasy! It was a perfect intro to life on the road and I am so glad I got to experience it first on Kaua'i. Andrew was incredibly patient with all my questions and served as a fantastic local resource throughout my trip planning process and while I was on the road. The van has all the basic necessities for island life and it brings joy to people's faces everywhere you go!

Upon initial immediate confirmation of booking, Andrew helped us in-depth every step of the way. He couldn't have been kinder or more trusting of us with his beloved, handmade van.

This was the best. Not only is Andrew an amazing host, but the van is perfect for island living. It came with all the essentials: sheets, extra blankets, flashlights, first aid kit, camp chairs, table, camp stove + propane + cookware and utensils, garbage bin, mini broom + dust pan, but Andrew also very thoughtfully included things like: charging port for electronics, Bluetooth port for playing music, screens with magnets so you can sleep with windows down and have no fear of bugs, board + card games, sunscreen, aloe, bug spray…. you get the idea. While the van was very well equipped, the experience was what made it all truly outstanding. We really felt like we got the locals treatment driving around and living out of this rig.

Andrew is a very nice and welcoming host. He gave us great advice and was right on time to get us at the airport. The van comes equipped with everything you may need to camp out and drives well. Definitely gets attention, there were kids waving and people taking photos with it. Thanks for the fun time!

Andrew is awesome. He picked me up right on time at the airport and was very chill and answered all my questions that I had. He also has some great stories as he has lived on Kauai for a long time. I had the best time driving around the Mystery Machine. It handles great and with me being only 5 feet tall, I could see out the mirrors and all the windows just fine. Many people asked for pictures with it, so I felt like a little celebrity. Andrew was among others who encouraged me to take the helicopter tour, so I signed up. The day before my flight home, my helicopter ride was cancelled. Was so bummed. As Andrew was taking me to the airport he said "if you change your mind and get booked for another helicopter ride, let me know and I will turn around and get you" - and that is what happened. I had a blue sky day, got booked through Sunshine Helicopters and got to experience all the magic that people were saying. So I ended up staying pretty much two more days and was well worth it. Highly recommend Andrew and the Mystery Machine. It is everything as Andrew explains on the post and many parking lots to park along the coast. Get it, rent it! You will be glad you did. Thanks Andrew! Til next time!
