Review summary
Responsive, provides convenient services
Donald responds to issues like sewer/propane, offers convenient setup and pickup on schedule, and communicates well. However, some pre-arrival checks were missed.
Functional but some amenity gaps
Generally clean and as described, but one guest reported uncleanliness, a double bed instead of queen, and missing bedding. DVD player and screen mirroring had issues. Propane was empty and sewer hookup positioning was poor upon one arrival.

1.0Very disappointed with this rental. The trailer was not clean and fell well below reasonable expectations, even for camping. The advertised queen bed was actually a double, and bedding was missing, requiring us to borrow sheets and blankets. The trailer was positioned too far from the sewer hookup, and the propane tank was empty. The host was responsive and resolved the sewer and propane issues, but these should have been addressed before arrival, especially given the prep fee.

5.0Easy pickup and drop off. Clean with everything listed. Only thing that didn’t work was the DVD player/remote but who rents an RV to watch TV. Also couldn’t figure out Screen mirroring with the TV but it could have simply been the fact we didn’t have WiFi.

4.0Camper was as described. The host setup and picked up the camper on the schedule that was requested which made the trip more convenient on our end. The host could provide more items to make the stay more comfortable (coffee pot, camp chairs, etc.).
