This 2021 Forest River Sunseeker has 2 slide-outs, a bunk above the cab, Hdtv, a sleeper sofa, and a booth dinette. The kitchen has lots of counter space, a single sink, a 3 burner stove top, with microwave and convection oven, and 2 door refrigerator. At the rear corner is a full bath with a walk-in shower. The bedroom has a walk-around queen bed with overhead storage. The master bed is Queen size. The Overhead bunk is also queen size sleeping area. Officially the RV is rated as sleeps 8 with each of the sofa pullout and dinette conversion capable of holding smallish sized children - so max would be 4 adults and 4 kids - but I wouldn't recommend sleeping 2 on either the sofa nor dinette. And frankly, I wouldn't recommend using the sofa as a sleeper.Outside you will find a power awning, backup camera, and lots of storage compartments. What's included4 Camping Chairs - upon request - see add-ons to request.
Kitchen dishes/pots/utensils (at least 6 place settings)
Coffee maker (grounds, makes two cups at a time)Fresh linens

RV is standard with 30A plugin, but has adapters to go down to 15A or up to 50A. (note: 30A required for the AC)

Rules and policies
- No Smoking, no pets, no festivals. Violations will result in a fee of $100 per incident.
- Renters are responsible for any tolls, tickets, and tows (please don't let it get towed!) even if the bill arrives after the security deposit has been released. Yes, this is already stated in the Rental contract, but we don't anyone to be surprised.
- The RV handles well for an RV but is best when staying below the speed limit. Additionally, we request that even on open freeways that you stay below 70 mph. Violation of this will result in $100 fee per violation. I do receive periodic GPS updates that include current speed, one warning allowed. Removal or disabling GPS will result in a $250 fee and a police report that the RV is stolen.
- Renter is responsible for damage internal or external, even if it goes beyond damage deposit.
- To avoid a messy fee of $150.00 please bring back our Happy Camper in a clean condition - garbage out, sand/dirt swept up, dishes washed, tanks emptied.
- RV is going out with a full tank of gas. Please bring it back with a full tank to avoid a $300 refueling fee.
- Note, any actual expenses will be marked up to cover Outdoorsy 25% "host" fee that we incur even on expense reimbursement.
MOST IMPORTANT RULE:
- Take lots of pictures, listen to your music a little louder than normal, make sure the drinks stay cold, laugh, then laugh some more, and create memories that will last a lifetime!
