Rules and policies
• NO SMOKING,FRYING/DEEP FRYING permitted inside the RV. If there is evidence of these, there will be a $250 fee deducted from the security deposit. • RV will be inspected, sanitized, and cleaned before your arrival. This is a mandatory $125 fee. We ask that the unit be returned in the same general condition that you received it. If a significant cleaning is required, an additional $125 will be deducted from your deposit. • AWNING: The awning MUST be brought in if you are not under it or watching it. Heavy rains and high winds will rip the awning off the RV. A broken awning will forfeit your security deposit of $500. (depending on chosen insurance) • Do not use BLEACH anywhere in the camper • Check out time is 1 hour BEFORE the campground check out requirements. If the driver has to wait longer than 30 minutes there will be a $50 late fee. Owner is NOT responsible for any personal items left behind.

Due to the potential allergies of other guest who rent the camper, we do not allow pets.

Am I responsible for making reservations at a campground?

A.

Yes, All campground reservations must be made separately with the campground directly. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental amount for the trailer. Plus, be sure to that the site you pick can accommodate a 33ft camper.

Can we tow the RV ourselves?

A.

No, the trailer is only available to be delivered to your rental location by the owners.
