Review summary
Provides hands-on issue resolution
Bryan drove significant distances, even daily, to fix vehicle electrical issues, but struggled to resolve a known battery drain and disputed refund requests.
Multiple critical system malfunctions
The RV had an overpowering smell, an inoperable onboard generator, a house battery that repeatedly failed to hold charge, and a broken canopy.

1.0RV delivery was about four hours late . The host didn't let me know until 2 hours after it was due that he would be late. The interior reeked of moth balls and some sort of animal smell. It was overwhelming. We bought lots of deodorizer and kept the windows open as much as possible and it still smelled badly. The onboard generator is inoperable so the host provided an external generator, which is very heavy. If you leave the RV, you either have to lift it into the back compartment or lock it to the bumper. The locking cable can easily be cut. We did off grid camping and relied on the generator to charge the house battery which is under the main bed. Ventilation is poor and the battery couldn't keep a charge even after hours of generator use. We lost power each day. The host told me that it has happened before and gave me instructions to reset the house battery system. However, I could never get it to reset so it could the battery could recharge. We didn't even use the lights or charge phones very much. The host had to drive out each day to reset the system. He even had to remove the battery from the inverter and take it outside and hook it up to the generator to charge it directly. On the last night we left the generator on all night out of fear that a drain somewhere in the RV would leave us without power again. In theory 9 hours of the generator on should have fully charged the house battery. We shut off the generator and everything in the RV. We even unplugged the microwave and all over devices and turned off all lights when we left the RV at 9am to go to the Indy 500. Came back around 4:30pm and the battery was once again dead. The water ran out even though one person took one short shower the entire camping stay. And because the power was out most of the time, the water pump didn't refill the toilet. We manually poured water in from our water bottes. Host claims the water tank was full. Either its a tiny tank or the RV's tank fill light is in error. Additionally the RV's canopy is inoperable so the host provided a pop-up canopy. However, it had a hole in it. The host had to drive back out with another one. It was a terrible experience all around and completely overpriced. The host should have offered some sort of refund but did not. I asked him for at least 30% back and he acted like the power outage was our fault even though he admitted he had a problem with it before. We were very careful to keep all light switches off and cables unplugged. His battery set up can't handle off-grid. Outdoorsy should address this.

5.0My trip was to Kentucky and I had some unforeseen electrical issues once we arrived at our site. Bryan was available anytime if any issues arose and he drove all the way to KY and assisted with getting power restored. Then later in the evening turned back around after I contacted him again with another issue and came back to resolve it.
