Modern, elegant A Class RV with spacious sleeping configuration. Sleeps 7+ adults or children comfortably, which makes this different from most 26-30 ft RV's. Master queen bed in the back, 2 side bunks (max 350 lbs each), queen hide a loft above the cab, and fold-out sofa. With two large slides, the RV becomes a small apartment with a modern kitchen, bathroom, dining area and the bunks in the back can convert to a small diner booth or office area which seats 2).Plenty of space in this allergy-free RV. No smoking and no pets in this gorgeous, spacious apartment on wheels. Great thermostat whether cold or hot outside, you will stay comfortable. Bunks provide a great place to store toys and belongings that you don't have to pack up every time you move. We have taken great care of the RV and looking for someone to rent it and treat it like their own beloved home.Fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Linens and towels upon request (outside of queen master bed sheets and pillows, which are always clean and included) . We find people prefer blankets or sleeping bags on bunks and loft.The water is piping hot (so please be careful) and there is an outdoor shower for beach or hiking clean up. Lots of storage under the unit for chairs, gear, camping equipment.There are Hdmi hookups on the TV's if you wanted to bring a portable DVD player. Otherwise, there is a cable hookup. These were before smart TV's were standard, so sorry, no Netflix or internet TV's unless you hook up to portable DVD player (additionally, we can provide a Sony BluRay if you want to watch TV or Netflix via a Hotspot on your phone, on your trip), we normally don't watch TV's on our trips so we're not the experts on TV's in the rig.We have taken great care to keep our RV very clean and our children have done the same, so you can expect a beautiful, clean RV with modern amenities.
