It comes with everything you need to be comfortable and cook and clean just like at home. With electric/gas water heater and 45 gallons of fresh water you can stay away for days and not worry!!It’s a very spacious trailer with a large sized bathroom. A/c and heat both work. Amazing storage, and overall the perfect camper for a small family or a small group of friends.I am open to Deliver and set up for an extra fee as well as pick up!! What's included• Camping chairs
