How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Water and Power are the only two hook-ups needed at a Camping Site. Extremely Easy just Plug in the Cords provided:)

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

RELAX!!!! The builders have done all the hard work, this trailer is very easy to operate. Enjoy:)

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I will work with your schedule as best as I can. Typically there will always be someone present at the home for Pick-Up and Drop-Off. This is for a 24 period (minimum of 48 hour total rental) so if you pick it up at 9 in the morning it will need to be back no later than 11 in the morning the day of return (2 hour grace period) after that the charges are as follows: 3 hours late $25 fee 3-5 hours late $40 fee More than 5 hours late daily rate fee will Apply
