Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Although setting up the Tent is super easy even for first timers I highly recommend watching the videos I have made about the setup. I will send the link over once you book :)

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I am super flexible on timing for the most part- I work from home. Just need good communication from my renters :)

This led me to build out my truck and get into Overlanding. I love being able to camp where ever I park and setup and breakdown in a flash. Some of our favorite places to explore are: Anywhere on Highway 12 in Utah, Black Canyon just below the Hoover Dam, The central coast of California, and of course Red Rock Canyon in Vegas which is right by our home.
