Responsive but monitors usage

Corbin is consistently praised for responsiveness and helpful communication. However, he actively monitors speed and idling, leading to charges against security deposits. Some guests also noted maintenance issues and last-minute changes.

Easy-driving, well-equipped camper

The van is easy and smooth to drive, comfortable, and well-stocked with essentials like bedding and cooking items. While functional, it has a DIY outfitting, shows cosmetic wear, and some reported issues include electrical problems, a cracked windshield, and bald tires.

Our trip was a bucket list adventure for two retirees. It wasn't quite perfect. Read below for full disclosure of things we wish we had known. PROS: - The van ran well and got us all the way through Zion to Bryce to Moab and back again. - Corbin was responsive any time we had questions. - The bed and hammock chairs are comfortable and the van well supplied with things for the trip. CONS: - The van is a DIY outfitting. While this may be common, we learned the hard lesson that it means that if something doesn't work, you can't just take it into a shop to get it fixed. On day 3, the overhead lights and refrigerator quit. My husband fiddled with some connections and it came back on. But a couple days later, they both quit again and we couldn't get them back on until they did spontaneously just before we returned it. This was frustrating and Corbin couldn't help us. See the photos of the wiring we were dealing with. - Corbin monitors your speed and idling time. He explained only the speed monitoring in advance and we thought that would be no problem because my husband has always been a safe driver and thought he was pretty careful not to speed. However, Corbin said his system showed my husband speeding over 130 times, mostly in low speed areas, over 6 days. We have a very hard time believing this, but there is no way to argue it or know if it's accurate. We got charged $270 against our security deposit. - The ad says the van has a heater, but that's only in the cabin. In the living space, he said we should put a diffuser over the PROPANE stove and open the cabin window and the rear cargo door to let out the CO2 fumes. That should have been a big red flag for us because we never trust burning propane indoors. And when it was 30 degrees at night, we didn't want to try that method and open windows or doors, so we ran the engine to warm it up. Without realizing it was being monitored, we got charged $0.50/minute, coming to $70 against our deposit. So if you want to use the cabin heater at night, drive around while running it.

This van is just what we needed as a couple on a one week camping trip. It runs well and is very comfortable and easy to drive. The van shows some wear, it is not a fancy set up. But it’s just what we needed. Thanks Corbin !

We had such a great experience renting Corbin’s camper van! He was very communicative from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The van itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from tissues and paper towels to basic cooking essentials and even some seasoning. The bed was also spacious and comfortable. It was absolutely worth the money, and we would definitely rent from Corbin again when we’re back in the area. Highly recommend!⭐️

Great van--small, compact, not fancy, but does the job! Very comfy bed, which is vital after a long day of hiking.

Corbin mentioned he’s not named this beaut of a van. I’d say his name should be “Stan the Van” Such a smooth ride. I loved everything about it. So cozy! Corbin was awesome to deal with. He supplied extra blankets which made for such a comfortable nights sleep. And the hammock chair…didn’t realize how much I loved having that thing for the trip. Van was stocked with everything one would need for a successful adventure. I’d definitely rent Stan again, if I ever make it back that way! 10/10
