5.0Jim was very communicative and his videos were very helpful. He had everything we needed for the trip and even helped us with some extra luggage. Sheets, towels, kitchen well stocked as well as bathroom. His attention to detail made it easy for us to fly in pick up van and head to national parks. Thanks Jim

5.0Jim was a perfect host. He responded to communication before and during the trip very promptly. The van pick-up and drop-off processes could not have been easier. The instruction videos he sent prior to the trip were extremely helpful. The van itself is comfortable and intuitive to use. I’m very much looking forward to renting it again next month, and will plan to rent it any time I’m in the Vegas area in the future!
