Pick up only at my address no delivery.
There is to be no climbing on the roof and no smoking in unit. Damages by pets will be a charge applied to deposit. Towing anything is not allowed.
Normal checkout time is after 3:00 pm and normal checkin time is by Noon any changes to these times must be mutually agreed on by Owner and Renter. Additional fees may apply for early pick up or late returns. Excessively dirty RV exterior return will be a $60.00 charge for cleaning.
