2.01) As this rental took place in Quebec, I expected the contract and related documentation to be available in French; however, they were not. 2) Right at the beginning of the trip, I noticed that the backup camera was not working. 3) I understand that the RV is not new, but the steering should not be this loose. 4) Upon arriving at my destination, I discovered that the generator was not working. Due to the extreme temperatures, I was unable to stay in the RV and had to find alternative accommodations for the remainder of the trip ;-( 5) The toilet flush mechanism appeared to be malfunctioning. By the day of return, a sewage odor was noticeable inside the RV. 6) The exterior storage compartment lock for the fresh water fill and drain hoses was difficult to unlock. 7) While collecting my belongings and cleaning the RV before returning it, I noticed that the vehicle was equipped with a GPS tracking device. I understand that such a device may be justified for theft prevention and vehicle recovery purposes. However, I was not aware of its presence during the rental period, and I have concerns regarding the privacy implications of tracking a renter's movements without clear disclosure.

5.0We have rented Karen´s RV for a 2 weeks trip. We had a wonderful time. Karen had prepared everything for us: bed linens, towels, kitchen tools, shampoo and soap, chairs and a barbecue, even outdoor games! She gave us a detailed introduction of the RV before we set off for the Gaspesie peninsula.. Despite not being the newest model, the RV was very well maintained, clean comfortable for 2 adults ans 3 kids. When spending the night off campgrounds, we sometimes had to run the generator to operate the water pump and lights. After 10-15min the battery was sufficiently charged for the night. When pulling the handle for grey water tank too strongly we accidentally broke it. But Karen was relaxed and had it fixed for little money. We can absolutely recommend Karen and her RV!
