This is a new 2026 thirty-foot Cherokee Grey Wolf RV on a new gravel pad with an outdoor kitchen and gas fire pit.* This RV is for use on this land and does not leave this land.** Set your GPS to the 85 Egg Pond Rd address to get close to the property. This is not the actual address. The actual address is 18 Overlook Drive but it's not in Google yet. To get to the property go past 85 Egg Pond Rd, take the next left up the gravel hill, then turn left into the property when you see the metal building on the right and my Skyview Domes sign on the left.- Pull-through driveway with room for boat or ATV trailers.
- Guests will have access to walking trails on our 8-acre property.
- Public and private fire pits.
- Off-grid but powered by a large solar generator and backup gas generator.
- The water in the RV comes from rainwater and should be considered nonpotable. Drinking water can be purchased at local stores in town.
- ATV trails are available right up the road on the right and left sides.
- There are 13 lakes nearby, providing plenty of options for boating and fishing.
- This is a dark sky area, perfect for stargazing.
- Wildlife is abundant in the whole region for observation, photography, or hunting.
