This is a great size for 2 adults and 2 children. It has been used 3 times by 2 of us, no pets. Air conditioned if needed and of course heated. With a large canopy keeping you shaded and keeping moisture off the front entry it is easy to keep tidy inside. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to work in, or set up your kitchen outside on the easy to use grill stand. TV with great speakers for entertainment on a stormy night or when you aren't out hiking, biking or just relaxing. Love it!
