5.0The medium size van suited our needs perfectly for a 3 day trip. The whole experience went smooth and they are available to answer questions on the weekend. Great service and great experience!

3.0This is a pretty barebones van setup - but it served its purpose of being both a vehicle and a place to sleep. The build is pretty weak, with a huge lack of storage compared to other vans we've rented. The curtains also don't do a good job of sealing up the front from the outside world, we ended up having to tie up clothing in the corners to black it out. A set of windshield & front window covers would go a long way for this. The foot pump sink was fine, but not great to use. There are no house batteries or solar, so it relies on running the engine to keep the main battery charged up which runs the fridge. While it had an A/C unit on the roof, there were no instructions on how to operate it (and didn't seem to be functional after doing our own research). This is the only fan on the roof, which means we didn't have a vent fan for our trip. We picked up the van with only 1/4 tank of fuel which meant before we could really even get going on the road we had to stop to fill up - typically I would expect to pick up a rental that is already filled. There are a lot of flaws with this van, but I do think the rental price reflects that. This was a cheaper option than others we've done so on the whole it may be a fair exchange depending on what you're looking for! If you want a pretty spartan build for cheap, this is a great option. If you're looking for a top-tier van build and are willing to spend more - maybe look elsewhere.

4.0Over all experience was good. The Van worked well and it was nice to experience this type of travel and camping. A few things that were a bit of a hiccup that made the first time rental experience a bit more stressful (forgetting large net, insurance email talking about adding van to insurance never came until last minute so scramble to work with our insurance, and charging us $300 for your insurance when we had mentioned we were sorting out with our insurance, no need for that charge). Will most likely rent again .
